Control how far your door swings. This overhead door stop and holder mounts at the top of the door, out of sight and out of the way: nothing on the floor to trip over and nothing on the wall to dent. It stops the door at the angle you set, up to 110 degrees, and can hold it open until you pull it closed.

Two Ways to Install, One Unit
Mortise it into the top of the door and frame for a clean, concealed look, or surface mount it for a fast retrofit. Installation drawings for both methods are included.
Hold Open or Stop Only
Holds the door open at your chosen position, and a pull on the door releases it. Turn the hold-open off and it works as a stop only. The stop point is adjustable up to 110 degrees with a hex key.
Fits Standard 3-ft Doors
For door openings from 30-1/16 to 36 in, with doors 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 in thick, on butt hinges or 3/4 in offset pivots. Non-handed, so it fits left or right swing doors. For single-acting doors.
Built in SS304 Stainless Steel
Stainless steel channel and arm, in Satin Stainless (US32D/630) or Matte Black (US19/622). Includes holder, mounting screws and instructions. Not for hold-open use on fire-rated doors.
